Terms of Membership

What membership includes
One professional roof inspection per membership year, a Roof Health Report and Score, and preventative maintenance according to your plan's labour allowance.
Access and safety
All work is subject to safe access. Where safe access cannot be achieved without scaffolding or powered access, works are reported and quoted separately.
Exclusions
Storm damage, large leaks, roof replacement, structural timber repairs, scaffolding, insurance claims, emergency repairs and major lead work are excluded and quoted separately.
Billing and cancellation
Memberships are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time. Inspection eligibility begins after three consecutive monthly payments.
